Logo: SEREIN Rainwater Soap
Brand Story: New Zealand handcrafted soap that harnesses water sourced from rainfall. Client’s Key Words: Elegant, fresh, clean, trusted, Heyland & Whitehall. Brief: Create product brand and associated wordmark. Design Process: Extensive discussions over Skype were needed with this client to help them clarify and distill their “brand identity”. Once established, this project quickly accelerated and I developed this wordmark in about 8 hours over two-three days. I researched and came up with the name “Serein” a French word meaning “serene”, or “clear”. Serien refers to rain that falls from a cloudless sky, taking on the form of a fine drizzle. Typeface: Bespoke lettering based on Trajan Pro and Adobe Garamond Italic Colour: Pantone 5435 C
